I-Dex
The turn-key solution i-Dex makes your life easy: Just put your
object into the clamping system and start the measurement procedure
after pre-teaching. Quickly you will receive – depending
on the sensor configuration – very accurate 3D results from the
object, including interior spaces.
The i-Dex f model accepts any kind of freeform object where
interior spaces can be evaluated. Those are diameters, ovality,
roundness and conicity of interior bores like (quasi-) cylinders.
Simultaneously, the roughness can be evaluated down to values
of Rz > 0.5 μm. Coating thickness < 50 μm, depending on the
material, can also be evaluated.
